Constellation Records recording artist Markus Floats will play Pressed on Friday, April 10 alongside fellow Montreal experimental artist Skin Tone, and local ambient/drone artist and friend of Debaser Wellington Sanipe.
Montreal-based musician Markus Lake uses his laptop to improvise delicate and complex soundscapes combining digital synthesis and live signal processing techniques. Live, Markus combines his soundscapes with samples from the black literary canon. Lake’s forthcoming release Third Album will be out on Constellation Records in May 2020.
